Halloween Pizza

10-12 pieces 30 minutes

Ingredients​

1 pc pizza dough ​

200ml pizza sauce ​

140g Audu hybrid mozzarella ​

1 packet of pepperoni ​

A few green olives​

Fresh basil ​

Method​

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.​
  2. Roll out the pizza dough. Cut small pizzas into ghost and skull shapes. If necessary, use a glass (see video).​
  3. Spread pizza sauce on the pizzas. ​
  4. Top the pizzas with Audu Hybrid Mozzarella. ​
  5. Cut the pepperoni into small circles, teeth, and a smiling mouth and place as eyes for skull and ghosts. Place pepperoni teeth on the skull and a small smiling mouth on the ghosts. ​
  6. Cut green olives into slices and place in the center of the pepperoni eyes of the skull. ​
  7. Top the pizzas with some finely chopped fresh basil. ​
  8. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes. ​
