Why is that?
Call us a better dairy company On a mission to make products that consumers love, using less land, less water and less CO2. Priced fairly. We love dairy, but we're not bound by tradition. We use modern science to create better dairy products without compromise - we promise great taste and healthy nutrition. Our technology uses fewer or no cows and combines plants with milk proteins or with proteins derived from precision fermentation. We're busy and we want to prove on a large scale that great taste experiences don't have to compromise the health of the planet. Our products should make the switch to new dairy products with less CO2 easy.

That's why we came up with a great idea (if we do say so ourselves).

We are a team of passionate individuals who work every day to improve and develop new products for a future where we must think and act differently when it comes to our eating habits. Audu is founded by Jakob, Jesper, and Paul, all of whom come from the traditional food industry and are driven by a strong desire to make a difference.

How do you do it?

At PlanetDairy, we make products by mixing dairy. For example, cheese and plant-based ingredients so it tastes great with less impact on the environment. It’s cheese with plants without compromising on taste, nutrition and functionality.

Except for the planet itself. Because while dairy enriches us all through its taste and nutritional value, it also impacts the planet in not-so-good ways, requiring intensive land and water use with high levels ofCO2eemissions.
