About Audu

And we love to break away from the conventional way dairy products are made, which burden the climate with intensive water consumption and high CO2 emissions.

That's why we came up with a great idea (if we do say so ourselves).

Audu blends real cheese and milk with plant-based ingredients to get the amazing dairy products we already know and love – just with at least 40% less CO2. 

Who are we?

We are a team of passionate individuals who work every day to improve and develop new products for a future where we must think and act differently when it comes to our eating habits. Audu is founded by Jakob, Jesper, and Paul, all of whom come from the traditional food industry and are driven by a strong desire to make a difference.

In our fridge...

you’ll find butter, Danbo cheese and whipping cream. We don’t intend to change that, but it doesn’t all have to be the full shebang all the time. Good plant-based ingredients can easily supplement what comes from the cow. After all, we already know spreadables that are blended with rapeseed oil, and they taste great.

CO2 MUST go down, otherwise our children will inherit a warm planet.
