Cream Cheese Christmas ball

Ingredients

600g natural cream cheese

140g Audu Hybrid Cheddar

Season with salt and pepper to taste

2 pk pomegranate, peeled in advance

1 bunch chives, finely chopped

100g dried cranberries, finely chopped

40g pine nuts, browned in a pan

1 pk biscuits of your choice

How to proceed

1.Put the cream cheese and Audu Hybrid Cheddar in a bowl and mix well. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap the cheese mixture in film to form a ball and freeze for 30 minutes.

  1. Meanwhile, mix the pomegranate, chives, cranberries and pine nuts together in a bowl. Then place the mixture in a rimmed dish.
  2. Unwrap the cream cheese ball from the film and decorate it with the garnish mixture. Arrange the ball on a nice platter and place the top of a Christmas ball on top of the cheese ball to make it look like a Christmas ball.

4. Arrange crackers around the ball.
