Squash Fritters

Ingredients

2 small zucchini, grated
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, pressed

1 bunch fresh chives, finely chopped
1 egg
150g Audu hybrid cheddar
40g panko breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Dressing
250g crème fraiche 18%

2 cloves garlic, pressed
Salt and pepper to taste

How to proceed

1. Preheat your oven to 200°, fan oven and place a piece of baking paper on a baking sheet.
2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Form small round balls and place them on the baking sheet. Bake in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes.
4. Mix the dressing ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
