A little bit about CO2e

CO2e is the common unit that describes the warming potential of different greenhouse gases. CO2e is thus the comparable figure for the CO2 effect.

The entire value chain is included, i.e., feed, agriculture, production, and transport/storage, when calculating the product’s CO2 impact.

Audu works with CarbonCloud, which is an independent organization that calculates CO2 emissions.

Have you any brilliant ideas for new dairy products that can give a lower CO2 impact? We would love to hear from you!
