Audu, also in accordance to CarbonCloud’s calculation, has a CO2 footprint of 4,8 kg CO2 pr. kg.
For every kilo Audu you use instead of the traditional mozzarella, you are lowering your carbon footprint impact by 4,5 kg CO2.
4,5 kg CO2 is equivalent to CO2-emissions from driving 36 km in a modern car.
